Fresh produce platform
Where appropriate, we take our clients' product ranges directly to our warehouse where we handle them with diligence. We receive daily just-in-time deliveries of the required quantities of ultra-fresh products such as sushi. Our suppliers send them either in bulk or sorted by branch – we then group these into one delivery per branch. This is clearly much more convenient for our clients and results in lower costs.
Cross-docking
With cross-docking, FFF Fresh & Frozen Food AG offers clients and suppliers an efficient way of grouping and safely transporting their items from the producer via our warehouse to the point of sale. Entire selections are either order-picked by us or delivered pre-palletised by our suppliers. We group each of these selections into product categories and either repackage them or create new delivery units. Finally, orders are delivered to our clients in perfect condition - hassle-free and on time.
Flow-through
As with cross-docking, the flow-through process involves FFF Fresh & Frozen Food AG grouping products into different selections. In this case, however, goods are sorted by regions rather than branches. The clients' regional distribution centres are then responsible for detailed order-picking for their specific branches.
Specialities

In this case we charge separately for our logistics services so our invoicing remains clear and transparent. Thus the cost of the goods supplied is separate from picking or transportation costs, and our clients can always keep track of their expenses.
